ACCUMULATORS

This equipment is used by high speed plate production battery manufacturer that want to increase the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the continuous pasting by reducing the downtimes due to coil changeover.

PASTERS

We have 2 types of Pasting Machines that are used to paste different types of grids (continuous grid and gravity cast grid). Both pasting machines are recognized for their tight weight and thickness tolerances (no belts are used), high plate quality and reduced scrap

DIVIDERS

Our wide range of Mechanical Rotary Plate Dividers enables you to choose the one that fits best for your applications. In all Dividers stands out the accurate cutting tolerances and the easy maintenance.

FLASH DRY OVEN

The Frimax Flash Dry Oven is an equipment which is used in the plate production line to dry uniformly the plates or panels by a convection heat transmission. It has been designed to be energy efficient and have low maintenance.

PLATE STACKER

The Plate Stacker is installed right after the Flash Dry Oven and the purpose of the equipment is to stack and align automatically the plates. It is a compact machine which can be installed in plate production lines with small space available.

PALLETIZERS

We provide standard and custom automated palletizing systems to reduce manpower. Our wide range of palletizing options will fit your existing pallets to reduce your cost of investment.
